1. Agreement

By purchasing or using the Nimbus Online ("Product"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

2. License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for one business. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Product with third parties. You may modify the code for your own business use.

3. Delivery

The Product is delivered digitally as a downloadable file. Access is provided immediately after payment. For Done-For-You purchases, deployment is scheduled within 5 business days of purchase.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy

6. Third-Party Services

The Product integrates with third-party services (Anthropic, Stripe, Linode, GoDaddy, QuickBooks, etc.). You are responsible for your own accounts and API keys with these services. We are not responsible for changes to their pricing, availability, or terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or be compatible with your hardware. You are responsible for backing up your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
