If you're not satisfied with the Nimbus Online for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@nimbusonline.io with your purchase email
2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
3. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
4. The refund will appear on your original payment method

Self-Serve Plan

Full refund within 30 days, no questions asked. After the refund, your download access will be revoked.

Done-For-You Plan

Full refund within 30 days if we have not yet begun your deployment. If deployment has started, we will refund the difference between the Done-For-You price and the Self-Serve price, and you keep the downloaded product.

Third-Party Costs

We cannot refund costs incurred with third-party services (Linode, Anthropic, domain registrars, etc.) as those are separate services with their own billing.
